1. Information only, not medical advice

The content on this website is general information. It is not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and it does not create a doctor-patient relationship. A doctor-patient relationship begins only after you have completed a booking, signed the required consents, and attended your first visit. Please do not rely on this website for decisions about your health.

2. Not for emergencies

This Practice does not provide emergency services. If you are in a crisis or emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room. For the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline, call or text 988.

3. No health information through this website

Please do not send symptoms, diagnoses, medications or other health details through this website, by regular email, or by text message. Health information is collected only through the Practice's secure patient portal.

4. Booking, fees and cancellations

Appointments are booked through a secure third-party scheduling and payment system. Fees are listed on the Fees page and are due in full at booking. This is a private-pay practice and does not bill insurance. Cancellation and rescheduling terms are described on the Fees page. By booking you agree to those terms. You also agree to the Telehealth Consent before your first visit.

5. Good Faith Estimate

Under federal law, if you do not have health insurance or you choose not to use it, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate of the expected charges for your care. The fees for each visit type are posted on the Fees page. You may ask for a written estimate at any time by calling or emailing the Practice.

6. Results are not guaranteed

The Practice makes no promise or guarantee about any outcome of care. Treatment is individualized and depends on a full evaluation.

7. Ownership of content

All text, graphics and other material on this website belong to the Practice or its licensors and are protected by law. You may view the site for personal use. You may not copy, republish or sell its content without written permission.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to interfere with its operation or security, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

9. Links to other sites and services

This website may link to third-party services, including the online booking and patient portal. The Practice does not control those services, and their own terms and privacy policies apply to your use of them.

10. Disclaimers and limits of liability
